1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across India. Some remote areas may have limited delivery options or additional delivery time.
2. Shipping Charges

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/Email. You can track your order from My Orders section or using our Order Tracking page.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for orders up to ₹5000. Please keep exact change ready at the time of delivery.
6. Failed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will attempt delivery again.
- After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.
- For prepaid orders, refund will be initiated. For COD, no charges apply.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept delivery. If already accepted, contact us within 48 hours with unboxing photos for immediate resolution.
